• Profile Information: Name, gender, age, interests, and photos you choose to upload.
• Location Data: We use your GPS location (with permission) to suggest matches nearby.
• Interactions: Chat logs, audio/video call history (meta-data), and "likes" or "sparks".

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide our core services, including matching you with other users, facilitating communication via Zego Cloud, and ensuring a safe environment through Firebase Authentication.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary for app functionality:

• Firebase: For authentication and secure data storage.
• Zego Cloud: For real-time audio and video communication.
• Google Analytics: To understand app performance and improve user experience.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time through the "Profile Settings" in the app. If you delete your account, all personal data is purged from our active databases.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Private PCO. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. User Conduct

Safety is our core value. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or promotes hate speech.
• Harass or stalk other users.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.

3. Content Ownership

You own the content you post, but you grant Private PCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your photos and profile to other users on the platform to facilitate matching.

4. Wallet & Payments

Certain premium features may require credits from your in-app Wallet. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits are non-transferable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Private PCO is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches or the conduct of other users. We are not liable for any damages arising from your interactions with others on or off the platform.
